Can I cancel my order?


Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement. After shipping, cancellations are not possible.

Can I return or exchange my order?


Yes! You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order, as long as the product is unused and in original packaging.

f you receive a defective or incorrect product, contact our customer support within 48 hours with your order number and photos. We’ll resolve the issue right away.

What payment methods do you accept?


We accept major debit/credit cards, bank transfers, and Cash on Delivery (COD) for orders within Pakistan.

How long will delivery take?


Orders within Pakistan are usually delivered in 3–5 working days. During sales or peak seasons, delivery may take a little longer.

Do you offer international shipping



Currently, we only ship within Pakistan. International shipping will be available soon.
